We would like to notify you that the Norton Store has been operated by SB Technology Corp. (SBT); however, as of Monday, March 31, 2025, SBT will no longer operate the site; the operation of the site will be transferred to Gen Digital Inc. (Gen), the manufacturer of Norton products.

【Customers applying for automatic renewal service】
In addition, since Gen will take over the automatic renewal procedures for Norton products, which were previously handled by SBT, the credit card information of customers who have signed up for automatic renewal, as managed by SBT, will also be transferred to Gen. After the transfer, Gen will be the seller of the automatic renewal process for Norton products. There are no special procedures for customers to take regarding this transfer of operation.
